What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customer contact us we like to see what there needs are and then process to get there infomation estimate or a written quote then once they give a signed quote or contact then we go ahead and give them a schedule date
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my grandfather then worked in the field for 8yrs then went back to school to learn more about the electrical trade as i stay working in the electrical field , then I took the New Jersey state test pass it in 2010 and restated up the family business , as of today i have licence in 3 state
