What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
obtain their name and address, determine who they are or who referred them and for small trouble jobs have them pay by cash ,credit or check upon completion of the work on large jobs we submit a written quote and assurance of acceptance by requiring a downpayment prior to the start of work will can provide payment of 30 or 60 days for open ongoing accounts or cash or check upon completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
licensed electricians in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware.... Continued education is a requirement for Licenses
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard pricing system is incremental and is called the Elemental Time Unit system. With Fuel costs being a large part of each job we have been required to amortize that cost over all jobs by installing a trip charge of $85.00 to and from every job which includes the first hour of labor but not parts. Each additional hour is charged at $50 per man. Generally every job requires 2 men due to ladder work and the safety necessary

former manager of engineering at fortune 500 company where I was responsible for all facilities. In business since 1984
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Some Hospital.... Have 30 years experience working for the largest mental health treatment center in America and at the same time worked in most if not all malls in the area on retail including Target and Home Depot, have had 9 city of Philadelphia service contracts running at the same time

30 years experience on over 100 sites of NHS Human Services performing electrical installation and repairs
