What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, communication is key! Understanding the size of the house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that need to be cleaned and any other special requests or details, all are important aspects of building a good cleaning regimen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my earlier cleaning years, I'm have managed the cleanings of hotels, condominium and vacation resorts. With this experience you are required to partake in a number of hospitality trainings and seminar. This training continues to be extremely helpful in choosing the best cleaning standards and practices throughout my career.
