What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, we visit with the client to discuss the scope of work, measure the project area, and invite them to visit one of our showrooms to make selections. When the design process is complete and selections have been made, we send an estimate for the project, and then take a deposit at the time we order materials. Once materials arrive, we contact the client to schedule installation.
