What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what the problem is and then go over a solution at an affordable price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner Miguel Bermudez studied at the University Of North Carolina. Since 2010 he began his business by doing small jobs over the weekend for clients. After graduating he graduated with his finance and business operations degree. His goal has always been to help clients with their projects at an affordable price and always the best work. Miguel has always been in the construction business through family members owning companies and his skills not only in the labor part but his great management skills propelled him to go into business himself. All the labor force shares his passion for great work and affordable pricing.

How did you get started in this business?
While in University at UNCW I began to do sides jobs to pay my way through college. Once done in 2012 worked in sales for another year then went all in. Really love my clients and how we are able to provide a great service at affordable pricing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different customers in different situations. Whether someone had the bad forture of having a tree fall on their house or someone just looking for a new roof.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event that I remember the most is when a client reached out to me. They needed a roof bad. They had bad leaks all through out the house. I asked the clients to trust me and I would take care of them. They gave me their word so I got on the roof that same day and covered their roof to prevent any further water going inside the house. I knew it was going to be raining that weekend. I was able to work with their insurance and helped them get it fully paid for and also got them to replace some siding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My main advice is to make sure the contractor is going to be the one doing the work. There are a number of contractors out there just subbing out the work and they dont have control over the jobs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think some of the best questions I have gotten are if the pro can work with every budget , insurance and if the contractor can afford to do the job. I hear many clients telling me some contractors want 60-80% because they can not afford to buy the material.
