What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like first to talk on the phone and or text, email. We'll talk about dates, information about your pet and I'd like to have a meet and greet with your pet. In person we'll talk and I'll get all the information that is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done obedience training with my dogs, showing in the breed ring.
