Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact you to schedule an in home consultation. We bring our samples to you! Once you decide to move forward we schedule product delivery and installation.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our services are all priced per square foot. That price can vary depending on the product you want and the prep required to install.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been in the home improvemnt industry since college. And even before that I was always fixing things around the house with my dad.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners looking to redo one room and homeonwers looking to redo their entire home. We love helping people with what they need and giving them an excellent service.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently were able to get next day service out to an existing customer who's local bar was in need of some quick work before his holiday event. It's a pleasure meeting people where they're at.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Mulitple quotes are always great. Sometimes the chepeast isn't the best option. We're honest with all our customers and want them to get exactly what they need, even if that means service with someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think through what the project entails. Flooring is generally a pretty invasive service to have done. We do our best to get it done right and done quickly but our top prioirty is making sure you don't have to get this done anytime in the near future. Especially if you work from home, consider making plans to be out of the house to avoid the noise.
