I have been doing electrical work sense my youth, a hoby passed on from a friend, a journey into a carreer. My main profession as a Commercial lighting technician for the last 5+ years has sharpend my knowledge of the electrical field to a degree I can always guarantee, a safe and efficient job no matter the size.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss promblem/Needs at hand and see if any resolutions can be made if not plan a time to meet the customer for an in person audit free of charge. (Travel charge/hotel fees not covered if needed)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working under unlimted licensed electrican for 5+ years for lights lights, mainly commercial electrical work for companies including Lowe's, homedepot, Walmart, bestbuy,Harris teeter, kroger, pet co, schools, hospitals, care facility, warehouses, Biochemical plants, etc
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing, will be determinded on the phone. however if further issues may be present, free in person audits available. not including travel charge "minimum $50"
How did you get started in this business?
Started working for my best friends dad when we were fresh out of military school, built up his company to the company it is today (lights lights). Decided I wanted to branch out on my own and started doing side jobs to fill in the time as a sub contractor I typicaly have to much time off Dedicated to mu work and try mu best to never disappoint.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It would help to determine main issues at hand or what you want done as all work (necessary or wanted) done after disclosed work will be billed as determinded.
