What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would explain my cost and what parts are needed to be replace before doing any work. For customers wanting a new door I would show color charts, brochures, types of doors, openers and any other products I have

I've worked in construction, and was a machinist. I'm very mechanically inclined. That's why I'm so good at what I do in garage doors

I dont have a set pricing system. Since all jobs varies. Some may be at low pricing while others may be higher due to excessive amount of work. But I will always guarantee my work
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the garage door trade 30+ years ago. Been in business since 2015. I also work for a garage door company that service Florida. I service Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with regular customers, warranty companies and builders.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I encourage customers to rely and put there trust in a professional that know what he's doing. Also to get the job done right the first time and last time.
