What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers is to greet them with kindness. Make sure to make conversation to get familiar and comfortable with them. Next is to go over the entire job with the customer to ensure maximum ability to get the job right the first time. Lastly complete the job going over everything one last time and depart.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a chief carpet cleaner, where I trained others on how to properly clean carpet and upholstery. From there I began my own business in the field to expand my opportunities.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, every home is different and every job has different expectations, with that being said we have a minimum of 50 to come out to do the job.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to build something I can leave behind for my daughter once she's of age to take over.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All type of customers from commercial, to residents, doctors offices, apartments, hotels etc...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to have exactly what you want done, known before the pro is hired.
