Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first I discuss with the customer the ideas and needs they have and what would be the best way to reach their goals. Some work requires immediate attention, while other work may be something that could wait some time before repairing, but every situtation is different, and each job requires the time necessary to do a good job, along with the proper materials needed to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree: BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
Certified Carpenter
Hotel/Motel Construction Experience
Commercial Project Experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There are two ways that I typically use when dealing with pricing, and the first way is to work by the job, meaning the customer pays me to do a specific project for them for a certain fee. The other way I work with my customers is to work on an hourly basis and the customers then would be responsible for paying me by the hour at a good rate that both of us can agree upon.
How did you get started in this business?
Working with my father making repairs to houses. Fixing houses up and putting them on the market for sale at a profit and learning how to do everything to a house that it could possibly need.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types of customers from all different areas of the world. Ive spent a lot of time working in Fayetteville, NC where there are a lot of military civilians living and working in the community together and they usually come from all different places so i have worked with and have worked for many different types and I love it, I would not have it any other way

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Questions pretaining to the work that needs to be done. Every situation is different, and there are times in this industry when maybe there could be more than one way to fix or repair something, but at the same time there is really only one way to do something and that is the right way, which is what I plan to do every single time that I am out there, I will do the job the right way the first time!
