We help clients understand their home and it's condition prior to finalizing one of the biggest financial transactions they will make in their lifetimes. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. Getting a thorough and professional home inspection is critical to uncovering any hidden problems that can cost you large sums of money in repairs after buying a home.
Being able to efectively communicate complex problems in easy to understand terms is where we shine. We dont shy away from telling you about any of the major or minor issues we find, but we understand that giving our clients proper context about the issues we find makes all the difference in leaving our clients feeling informed and empowered rather than frightened and overhwlemed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After booking online, a customer will receive an email and text messge confirming the appointment. Follow-up communications will remind the customer, as well as their realtor, about the date, time, and location of the inspection along with an inspection agreement to sign. Once the inspection agreement is signed, the home inspection takes place at the scheduled time, with the inspection report provided to the client within 24 hours...often the same day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board ( License #4589 ). I also hold a 'Certified Professional Inspector' certification from the International Association of Chertified Home Inspecrotrs ( InterNachi).
