What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There step by step house cleaning checklist. The things they want done and the things I advice them to also get done. What the customer want is what the customer get.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the different types of chemical to use on different surfaces . I've work in a fiberglass plant for nearly 15 years and been dealing with chemical and cleaning .

I been cleaning home and storage building for about 7 years part time. And I decide to start a business this year because of the way the economy was going and my full time job doesn't look promising anymore

Make sure they treat your home like they are cleaning there own. And they love what they do. And giving advice is a must .
