What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an appointment to come look at a possible job for the client and after taking measurements and discussing what the client is looking for, I write up an estimate. From that point, the client either chooses me to do the job or they shop around to compare quotes. If they choose me, we schedule a start date and an estimated completion date and we go from there.
