I've been in this trade for 31 years and I've seen many guys that would be in the standard amount of time which is 4 years to get their license. 4 years is it long enough to become a true electrician. Experience is what matters in this trade, the amount of time you've actually Hands-On been in the field. So my advice whether or not you choose me or not the most important question you should ask is how many years have they actually been in the field.
