Called them down for a down freezer at my store, they quickly responded and arrived at my store. They were professional and fixed my freezer without breaking the bank. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we communicate with our customers and talk about their A/C needs whether it's a repair, maintenace, or an install, we have a solution to almost everything HVAC-R related. if it's an install we are dealing with, we give our customers several systems to go with that suite their homes as well as their budgets. Also when talking about service calls we always try to find the correct solution to the problem rather than just be part changers we help our customers get the satifaction of knowing we fixed the problem and won't need to be back until their next maintenance and tune up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Techs are EPA Certified as well as having an extence knowlegde of the trade and are specialized in commercial and residential HVAC-R.

Our prices vary between jobs due to the many possible factors when answering to a service call whether its an A/C down or a commercial refrigeration job we still offer a very fair pricing to all of our residential and commercial costumers.
