Understanding exactly what their expectations are is my first step. Then discussing what I offer and how I can help as well as be honest if there is something I don’t offer upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since high school. I love this industry because it comes with a freedom to get to know people. I started my business to do this and spend more time with my family at the same time.
