Sara, Justin and their crew were a pleasure to have around our home. Our job was a relatively simple one – simply to mulch an area of about 2000 ft.². What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by meeting the customer while doing a free estimate for them and getting to know their needs and expectations. We then give them a detailed itemized quote and go over any questions they may have about pricing etc. Then we figure out a good time on the schedule for us to start their upcoming project. We then treat their home like our own until completed.
