What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk to a customer on the phone to get a general idea of what they want . I will then set up a time where i can visit and measure up the area for the fence and get to know them. I will usually get them an estimate that day via email. If a customer agrees to the price. i write up an small contract and upon signature to the terms. sign the day of start.
