My passion is working with dogs and their humans to come to a harmonious understanding with one another and achieve a bond that sets them up for a successful relationship for a lifetime.
I trained with Turid Rugaas from 2014 to 2015 in the only North American Certification training she offered during her teaching years. The training is considered "Natural dog training," and is a form of positive training. I am now Internationally Certified through her school.

There is no species as loving and forgiving as the Dog. I find great joy when my clients can see this Truth through all the labeled misbehaviors, antics, and shenanigans their dog may have. When I have played the role of bridging the gap between the human and dog species for each of my clients, then my work is done, and the client and their dog no longer need to work at the bond or relationship...it becomes effortless teamwork.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake visit is often 1.5 to 2 hours involving a thorough assessment of the dog and the living enivronment, schedule, food, etc. Intake visit can address one or two major concerns.
Clients are released to do their "homework"/practice. Clients can call with questions or concerns at any time free of charge. If second follow up session is needed , may schedule one or two weeks out.
I do not do Board and Train programs, and highly recommend NOT doing these as Training is about the bond with your dog. Sending the dog off to a strange place with a stranger is not going to help in the long run.

Internationally certified through Turid Rugaas' school: http://en.turid-rugaas.no since 2014. Also studying with Galen Canine myotherapy Institute.

Initial consult is $80. Follow up consults are $50. Once an established client, phone calls between trainings are free of charge.
