About
I am an InterNachi trained residential and commercial inspector. I treat every home as if it was my own. Every client will be informed not only about their future home but will also be connected to homebinder for life. Homebinder is a free service that I provide to each client. It keeps the client up to date with email reminders on maintenance needs for their specific home. It also allows them to get recall notifications on their equipment and allows them to add projects for future reference including paint and costs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule the inspection to fit the clients needs. I encourage the client to be present so I can go through the home with them and guide them through what I am seeing. I offer same day reporting so the client does not have to wait for days to get the report. I then encourage them to call me with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by InterNachi which is the gold standard in our profession. I take continuing education classes every year and stay current on all building codes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I did a commercial inspection for a young lady wanting to expand her business. It was a great experience and she was very pleased with my service and professionalism.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You can go with your realtors inspector but sometimes they are not the best choice. I do not rush my inspections and do not work for the realtor. I work for the home buyer and want them to know what they need to about their purchase.

Who is the inspector really working for and does that inspector have your best interests at heart
