What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out what kind of issues the client is having of what they really hope to achieve in their project. We send out certified electrical and hvac service experts who are background checked and drug tested. They review the job and give the upfront front price for all of the repairs. With the clients approval, we complete the work. In most cases the work can be done in the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service experts are certified and complete regular training. We strive for excellence not only in technical skills but also in the entire customer experience.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business straight out of high school. I had a couple of friends who were electricians. I actually went and helped them for free on the weekend and decided right then that's what I wanted to do! I immediately enrolled in school and I've been doing electrical work every since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service residential and commercial clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event that we are proud of would be the hiring of another master electrician. We also added an excellent customer experience representative to our staff. She is the smiling face on the other side of your phone call.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I give to new clients is: thoroughly check out the professional that you intend to hire before hiring them. Make sure that they have good reviews and have been trusted in the past. You don't have to search too hard on Google to find Spark Daddy. We are well known for providing a great customer experience.

All the client needs to have before they call us is an idea. We will help them develop that idea if they need help. We will also help turn that dream into a reality.
