I love being able to meet new customers and being able to not only do this one job for them, but to let them know I will be available when they are in an emergency situation such as plumbing leak, storm damage, sump pump failure, etc. Our goal is to exceed all customers expectations and will respond 24/7/365 including all holidays(if emergency situations).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are new to Homeguiguide after a few customers recommended we utiliize their services so we are what some would consider new but we have been doing this work over 20 years. There is no job to big or to small. Most importantly if someone has a need that has to be done today it will get done no matter the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing home & Commercial repairs and and Maintenance Services for over 20 years. Have served on home repair committees, manufacturer lead training on installs and repairs. Gone through numerous electrical, plumbing, and many other training classes. OSHA certified. Former firefighter so we operate in safest manner and bring any potentially dangerous situations up to customers. When in homes we always test fire and carbon dioxide testers free.

We can offer an hourly rate, or we can do a flat rate for the job with the latter being by far the most popular choice
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up surrounded by family members in different professional trades.

Investors, landlords, homeowners, real estate agents, commercial property owners, property managers, insurance companies, other construction companies, etc etc

I am always happy when a customer thinks something can't be done but yet we make it happen.

Go with your gut feeling as it's usually correct
