My typical process begins with hearing the customer’s primary concerns and making sure I am the person for the job. If so, I prefer to give an estimate before attempting any work. I also like to set expectations accordingly because some stains require more work than others.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a degree in business from Webster University as well as numerous certifications from the IICRC related to cleaning. I hold over 15 IICRC certifications including carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning, VCT stripping & waxing, bleach spot dying, odor neutralizing and sanitizing/disinfecting to name a few.

Pricing generally depends on the type of surface that is being cleaned as well as the severity of stains. Free estimates are available.
