My typical process begins with hearing the customer’s primary concerns and making sure I am the person for the job. If so, I prefer to give an estimate before attempting any work. I also like to set expectations accordingly because some stains require more work than others.

I have a degree in business from Webster University as well as numerous certifications from the IICRC related to cleaning.
