What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have a phone consultation and introduce myself and get a more of an idea of the job needed to be done. So I can make sure to have the proper equipment and the right size trailer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My everyday full time job is an equipment operator for a concrete company. I have a strong work ethic and I also load and haul equipment and many other items in the Kansas City area for many years.
