What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get to the clients home I meet and greet the client , speak with them about the issues that they’re having at home look at the job to be done and explain what I can do for them and possible options and discuss with them what they would like to have done and go from there .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the 70s I have a background in residential and commercial repair and maintenance of properties until the 90s I went to the Metropolitan community college in Kansas City I received two associates degrees one in principles of electricity and motor controls for residential and industrial electrical and the other degree was for residential commercial and industrial building maintenance .
Then when the plant closed where I was working I decided to go back to work for myself doing residential and commercial property repair

It all depends on the job and the degree of difficulty or easiness.
How did you get started in this business?
In the mid 70s my older brother had got a job with a contracting company and he got me on as a helper I had learned the traits of plumbing, electrical, painting, foundation work, roof repairs, overhead door repairs and installation and many other phases of property repair
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from a lawyer with commercial & residential properties to the average joe or Jane .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a 400 linear foot privacy fence that came out great.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What it is they want done .
they need to do a little homework on design and cost .
