What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself. Verify problems and brainstorm solutions. Come to conclusion on approach and get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through an apprenticship from a family member. All my training since day 1 has been hands on. Ive worked at 3 very different plumbing companies in 10 years and have gained alot of valuable experience from all. ive worked on every system from a skyscraper to irrigation.

Im strictly time and material, so my labor hour plus any parts that I provide with no mark up on price.
How did you get started in this business?
My father in law trained me from day one. Hes been a plumber for 25 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Ive worked with all types of customers from single moms to company ceos and corporations and resteraunts. All walks of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My wife and I recently aquirred our fostering license and are very excited to expand our family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always do you research and dont always settle on price. Quality of work far out does quantity.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have I done all the research and verified I am not able to do this myself?
