About
we have been in business for 23 yrs, and stay consistently busy. We can only keep our crews busy by delivering quality workmanship to all of our customers. We take pride in our craftsmanship and proffessionalism, so we can have our good name passed on to friends and family members.
The thing I get the most satisfaction from is the smile on our clients' faces when we present them with the finished product, and they tell us that this is " above and beyond what we expected".

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first step to your beautiful remodel will be an initial consultation. This is absolutley free, and this will give us the opportunity to discuss the design details of your project, get measurements, photos, etc.
Second, we will send an itemized proposal via email, and once the proposal is approved, and you are ready to hire us, we will draft a contract.
We will then schedule another meeting to go over details of the contract, sign the contract, and schedule your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had aspired to be a carpenter at a very young age, and was building things in my parents garage at the age of ten. All of my ideas came from building with Legos before that! I was always invloved in woodworking and carpentry throughout my schooling, and worked for two millwork companies in the 90's prior to starting my contracting company in 2001.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
With the type of work that we do, there are portions of it that will be a standard pricing point, but as every project is unique, and different, the costs will always vary from one job to another.
How did you get started in this business?
After the last millwork comapny I was working for in 2000 went out of business, I just decided to jump in with both feet, and start my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we perform all types of projects, and have a variety of clients. We have worked direclty with banks and lenders, for clients that obtain renovation loans when purchasing a new home. We also have worked with real estate agents/companies to improve homes being purchased, or sold. We have also worked with property management companies to repair rental properties. Our biggest volume of work comes from residential homeowners simply wanting to improve the look and value of their home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every so often, we will run into a client that has had a bad experience with another contractor. We have a soft spot when it comes to these situations, and like ot try and renew that person's confidence in our industry by finishing their project correclty, and beyind the customer's expectations.
We have recently finished a renovation under these circumstances, and the look of satisfaction we got from the client when we were done was priceless.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
it is always good to check references from other clients that a contractor has completed projects for. This is the best form of verification.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We always love it when showing up for an initial consult and the client has a list of their needs/wants written down on paper. This allows us to have an outline to follow and discuss, so I can add my own suggestions or ideas. If the project is a major remodel, then a sketch of the new floor plan/layout is always helpful.
