What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After someone inquires and determines they want our service for their pets, they will fill out a reservation request at www.CreatureComfortsJoplin.com/online-request-reservation and we will send them a confirmation and invoice along with a call to set up a FREE meet and greet BEFORE the first date of service. An intake will be completed at the free meet and greet and signed by the new client along with a Service Agreement.
