What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically my prospective customers call me, they give me as much information as possible about their issue. I go to their property to diagnose what needs to be done to resolve their issue, and give them a free estimate. If its a simple clogged drain I offer my price over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of plumbing service experience work. I've been thru johnson County community College courses for continued education. Licensed and insured.
