What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally come out and meet the person and discuss what it is they are concerned with. Then we photograph the area and provide them with a complete written assessment.

over 30 years in the business.
How did you get started in this business?
when I was a kid I started working summers doing roof work.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We had just completed repairs on the Smokehouse Bbq. This was a very difficult project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not alwYs think the cheapest bud is the way to go. Sometimes people are not being honest and gave issues throughout the job that come up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Exactly what the final outcome they are expecting.
