Hi I'm Chris, owner of Ortiz Lawn and Landscaping. We are a Veteran owned and operated business since 2010 and are proud to offer affordable lawn and snow services for residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities Metro.
I have a background in Horticulture studies, landscape design, and landscape install. I have been in the industry since 2010 after leaving the USMc honorably. Working for other lawn and landscaping companies gave me the love for the job, but the overwhelming appreciation from the customers drove me to start my own business. My team and I are extremely hard-working, and our number one priority is to provide exceptional customer service!
We welcome all projects no matter how unique or challenging. We treat every project as it were our own home or business and take pride in our attention to detail. There is nothing more satisfying than giving our customers their valuable time back!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the chance to speak on the phone about your potential project is the first thing we do to begin working with someone. If it is a good fit, our next step is to do a thorough walkthrough of the project area to discuss specifics. We do offer alternatives to options that the customer may or may not know about or consider, but we always cater to what you ultimately want. From this step, we put together an estimate and try to establish a timeline for your work to be completed.
