What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer what kind of animal I'll be working with and if there's any specific things I would need to do, I would also ask for how long I would need to walk/take care of the animal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've walked my neighbors dogs before and I make sure that the dogs have proper water and such.
