What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically involves a meeting of the customer at their home, reviewing there desires and plans for projects. We then draw up a design and proposal the project or work with the customer's supplied design and compile a proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel that thirty years in the remodeling industry is plenty of training for the work we proform. I also have ten years of working as an engineer along with yearly continuing education classes.
