What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to come out to our customers home and look over the project and give them options on repair or replacemnt. This is always a free estimate. If the customer chooses to have the repair completed we can most likely do it on the same visit. If the customer chooses a new door we have many in stock and can do those in 1-3 days and we get custom ordered doors in 2-3 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of science degree from St. Cloud State University that helps me to work with people, manage people, have business ethics, and solve problems.
