About
My attention to detail. It's the little things that can make or break a job. By that I mean it's these details that either give it the "wow factor," or it being a "cookie cutter."
The hands on part of the build and the clients reaction to the end result. In other words customer satisfaction. I do really enjoy the interaction between the clients and myself, listening to their vision and seeing that come to fruition.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client to get a feel for the project, their vision along with how it will fit with it's surroundings. We will then make suggestions if necessary and then develope an overall plan that includes planning, deconstructing, rebuilding or build from scratch, fit and finish & finally any "punch list" items all the while keeping the client informed & involved every step of the way from the estimate to the completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years plus in construction along with it's related fields. I also have multiple certifications from on going education to keep up to date on techniques and also code.
I received the majority of these through the labor training center for Laborers local 132 but also from Hennepin technical college in conjunction with MN multi housing
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I use industry standards for labor costs, materials etc. for this area. This roughly translates on average to approximately $55/hr plus materials cost.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a tender at 14 for a friend's family business. After that I worked for a neighbors remodeling company primarily doing siding and roofing. It just went from there learning more and more over the years
