    1-Call our office and discuss the problem.

    2-Set an appointment time with our staff.

    3-Upon arrival we will typically diagnose your problem and give you a quote unless one has already been provided.

    4-Complete your job to your satisfaction.

    I am a State Master Plumber and have been in the trade since age 11. My only boss was my father and now after 40+ years in this business, well I've seen most everything a least once. But once and a while I'm still supprised!

    Some items I can quote on the phone. Most are quoted onsite to alleviate the confusion over the phone quote vs the onsite quote.  Code issues can arise once we see the problem onsite and since we must do the work to code this can alter the price.

    Residential and light commercial.

    I love 99% of our reviews. My people work hard to build trust and do quality work. I received a 5 star review yesterday with a wonderful explanation of how Mark's Plumbing took her from the phone call to completing the work. I don't know a business owner that doesn't smile when a great review comes in.

    Look at those companies reviews.  Google, BBB, Angies List or Yelp. These are real people telling you their experiences good or bad. Trust them they tend to be a great guide.  Food for thought.. No company is perfect, mine included. Look at the reviews with an open mind. Don't let one or two so so reviews amongst 30-50 great reviews alter your thinking. If a company has 90 percent great review, they probably are a good company to work with.

    Understand your problem before you call. Does it happen now and then? If now and then is there a pattern? Is the issue related to the number of people living in your home? If for instance your water heater looses hot water on certain days are there more people in the home that day or did more of you take back to back showers? That kind of information tells me a lot. Often I can assess the problem on the phone and direct you to a solution or inform my service staff what I think they should check first or second. This cuts our diagnostic time down immensely
