What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would give our company a call and tell us what items that they needed removed, or we can schedule a estimator to come out and together they agree on a price. Once agreed we set an appointment to hual away said items.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most of our pricing is straight forward. The customer would call to get pricing (per item) for their area, and if we need to come inside to retrieve the items there is an additional $50. We can also schedule an estimator (to handle bulk items or larger jobs) to come to your location to give you and on-site price which is $30-$50 depending on the distance, and is credited to your hauling appointment.
How did you get started in this business?
We are family owned and operated trash company. We have been in this industry of business for well over 20 to 25 years, and because it's a passion and desire of ours we decided to venture out and start our own small locally owned trash business serving both residential and commercial. We wanted to provide an opportunity for our customers to get out of receiving poor service and horrible pricing offering our customers reasonable prices and quality service with a new face. What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential customers needing services like garage/estate clean outs, picking up yard trimmings, removing excess bagged waste, as well as furniture and appliance removal.
We are also equipped to handle commerical weekly trash and recycling pick up.
