New customer or past customer It all starts with a phone call. I listen to what the problem is and Once I have a idea of what’s going on we make a appointment with what works for the customer. When I arrive i explain step by step just so we are on the same page. Then I get right at it!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 6-8 months training when I started and have had learned from the best Sewer and drain cleaners in the metro. I’m currently 5+years in the business.

What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. Every customer is different and every home is too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask about the process, More especially about blade size. Any drain guy can unclog ya but it takes a real pro to clean the pipe to avoid clogs sooner.
