Blondie’s Buddies Fur-baby Sitting And More
About
Hi friends! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life; they’re not just our furry, feathered, and scaled companions, they’re part of the family. I’ve been in the animal rescue world since 2009, and volunteering directly with animals since 2013. Each animal is unique and special with their own personality and quirks, and when they open up to you that’s something special. I love getting to know animals, and spending time with them, which is what lead me to start my companion animal sitting business after a major career change. This isn’t just a job, it’s a lifelong passion for me, ensuring animals are happy, safe, and healthy while their families are away. I’m insured via Pet Care Insurance (PCI), Certified in Animal CPR / First Aid via the American Red Cross, have continuing education certifications from the University of Edinburgh and Duke University, reviews listed on my Facebook business page in photos and reviews, Yelp!, and Google, and I’m a member of both the Anoka and Forest Lake Chambers of Commerce. I hope to meet your fur-baby and you soon! Thank you! ~Ashley

Knowing I’m helping a family find someone they can trust with their furry child during a time when they’re in need brings me joy, hearing the gratitude in their voices tells me I’m making a difference.
THEN OF COURSE there’s the ADORABLE fur-babies themselves! I love each one of my “Buddies” / fur-clients. When I see that they trust me, or I’ve earned their love, it melts my heart. Knowing I can make their time away from their parent(s) as easy as possible... I just wish I would’ve started doing this sooner. 🐶🐱🐰

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving an inquiry, I speak to the fur-kiddo’s parent, asking what both their names are, the age of the kiddo, and what services they may be looking for. We then set up a meet and greet; this allows me to meet all parties prior to booking services so we can establish a relationship, and show the fur-babies that their parent(s) think I’m a nice gal, and am allowed in the house, maybe I’m not so bad!
From here we set up services, and start a relationship of working together!
