What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone consultation we want to meet you and your pets. We will want to know their daily routine, any health issues or sensitivities, and we will feed your pet the food and treats they are accustomed to. Pets generally arrive with a blanket, toys, bed, food and treats as well as veterinary information.
