612blueprints is a purpose-driven real estate and construction company based in Minneapolis that empowers individuals—especially from underserved and minority communities—to transition from renting to homeownership. We specialize in affordable remodeling, new builds, and real estate investment projects that turn distressed properties into long-term assets for families and neighborhoods.
Through our 612BluePrints program, we provide hands-on training, employment, and mentorship to help individuals build their own homes, learn trades, and gain financial literacy. Our goal is to make homeownership and generational wealth a reality by blending contracting, real estate investing, and community education. Whether it’s fixing and flipping homes or offering rent-to-own opportunities, we design blueprints that lead to freedom and ownership.
