About
The most satisfying part of it all to me is that I'm able to give good prices and meet all deadlines with the project. As well as have dates set for each part of the project and keep the home owners happy and very satisfied. There is no better way to advertise your work than the word of mouth from happy homeowners.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer to see what they would like to have done first and foremost. Second thing that I do is go back over what they are looking for and than explain to them if their project expectations can be met how they invision it to be or explain how it may not work out how they see it at that moment but give them good alternative options . Options as a little design change or change of materials to make more budget friendly.

Other services will be based on material cost and hours that will be needed to complete.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandfather started a painting company so as I grew older and worked for the family business I would work with other contractors on projects and see how they honed in there skills and just was a natural progression of learning cool trades.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for homeowners whom have done very well for themselves to the average Joe . I have worked for multi-million dollar per year companies as well. But weather they have a million in there account or if they have 100 in their account all homeowners are equal and should get and expect the same standards of quality and craftsmanship as well as appropriate pricing for services rendered.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I like to see how communities are coming together in this time of need and sadness due to covid. It shows that end of day our friends, family and neighbors can rally together no matter what differences they may have and put compassion and the need to help the most vulnerable. And to see people hugging moms and dads and grandparents with their grandchildren together after over a year no contract.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as you possibly can or want to. Questions should never bother a contractor your dealing with. End of day it your home and a representation of you.
Hold contractor accountable on budget and timelines.
Always try to pay contractor in agreed installments as the project progresses and agreed upon portions are met and you are happy with the results of said portion.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Really have clear picture of what you want
But be open to changes that may have to happen
Think of a realistic timeframe you want
Have a hard bottom line as far as budget goes .
And if you feel it's over your budget than please work with contractor as to how to drop some off the price.
like change material type or maybe drop a couple money costing parts of project that are more of a want but not necessarily mandatory to complete project but still keep as close to your vision as possible.
