What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I would like to hear what are the customer needs and expectations. Then we work on a scope of work and based on that timing and cost is evaluated and provided to the customer. Work beging by making sure there will be minimum impact during the process. We prep all the surfaces to protect them from damage. We cover floors with paper or tarps to make sure nothing is being dirty or dusty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a builders license and have been doing construction and remodeling for 15 years.

Everything is based on customer requirments. We have standard pricing per different type of work.
How did you get started in this business?
I renovated my private home, then my parents. Also did several projects for friends and family. Once obtained builders license we have flipped 22 houses and now doing residential remodeling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All of them. Even those that follow you all they long making sure the work is done to their expectation.

Im love helping friends and family finish their projects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Call their past customers to find out how were they treated.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Watch some youtube videos and do some research on internet about the project and this will give you some knowledge as well understanding of what will be done and how the end project should look so no contractor can rip you off.
