What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For repair service; to first introduce myself, the technician(s) and that of the company. Secondly to discuss with the customer over the phone what is wrong and what they hope to accomplish and lastly to discuss the labor rate. When we arrive we greet the customer and introduce ourself and ask for further information as to what is wrong and again what the customer hopes accomplish. After the inspection the technician lets the customer know whats wrong and how much to fix. Finally we give the customer a detailed invoice and collect. For installation; first to introduce myself, the installers and that of the company. Secondly to discuss with the customer what is wrong and what they hope to accomplish. Thirdly to discuss what we find, how to fix and for how much. Then a detailed agreement is written up and which the customer signs and a deposit is given. Finally the system is installed, the work is inspected by the customer, the warranty is discussed and what can be serviced by the customer and what is to be serviced by the contractor. The installers clean up and collects.
