Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The only standard pricing we use is square foot pricing for new construction and remodeling.
New Cutom build homes are $175 per square foot
Remodeling projects are typically $160 to $210 per square foot.
Most of our jobs are custom projects with custom pricing.

Every Contractor has their process. It is important to have a good working relationship with your Contractor.

Do I have a realistic budget for the work I am proposing.
Do we completely understand how frustrating the building process can be. Are we prepared for changes and setbacks.
