About
I don't think it's just as simple as selling a job getting in and getting done the customer needs to understand everything from a to z what comes next why you're doing what you're doing what the long-term effect is if you need help going to the tile store or the Home Depot or wherever it is to look at things and make things happen I'm going to be here with you hand in hand step-by-step all the way through the job I want my customer to feel like they are the contractor like every decision they made they made because they knew it was the right thing to do because it was explained to them step-by-step and what the long-term effects are going to have and be
Long-term happiness meaning not just anybody can make the old look new and beautiful again or restore things to their original form so when I leave a job that customer has to see that everyday for years to come after I'm gone and if every time they see it it doesn't make them smile I have not done my job

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
