About this pro

I don't think it's just as simple as selling a job getting in and getting done the customer needs to understand everything from a to z what comes next why you're doing what you're doing what the long-term effect is if you need help going to the tile store or the Home Depot or wherever it is to look at things and make things happen I'm going to be here with you hand in hand step-by-step all the way through the job I want my customer to feel like they are the contractor like every decision they made they made because they knew it was the right thing to do because it was explained to them step-by-step and what the long-term effects are going to have and be

Long-term happiness meaning not just anybody can make the old look new and beautiful again or restore things to their original form so when I leave a job that customer has to see that everyday for years to come after I'm gone and if every time they see it it doesn't make them smile I have not done my job

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not hire this man! Bill is a scammer and there is nothing else to it. I paid a deposit, he barely did any work, the work he did do was late, then ended up packing up his tools and leaving with my money while I was at work. Pretended to have an emergency with his daughter, pretended his friend's wife was in the hospital... the whole 9 yards. Even bragged to me over text about me not being able to do anything to get my money back.

Bill and his guys did a great job and built our special designed handicap stir-step ramp exactly as we wanted. Great design to fit our needs and quality that is top notch!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Setting up a time to meet personally I don't believe you can have a good relationship with customers through text messaging and phone calls so meeting in person is absolutely the first step... :-)
