What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Tree stump clients text 2 photos of each stump & T-Rox reviews the photos and text's back to the client pricing options. After the client approves the proposed work, T-Rox requires a retainer to be paid. T-Rox then coordinates with MissDig for any underground utilities. After Missdig has cleared the underground utilities, T-Rox performs the work. The entire process typically takes 3 - 5 business days from texting photos to job completion.
