Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to identify the source of the problem. Secondly assess the severity of the situation. Third, discuss the options, Ie; scheduling, approximate price, what can be done to "get by" , what HAS to be done. Technician arrives in a company logoed van with a company uniform on, introduces himself and gets to work.
Afterwards you may get a follow up call from the office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA from Grand Valley University.
Master Electrician
Master Plumber
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have standardized pricing for alot of the most common repairs in a home.
Basically we bill Electricians at $75 per man hour, and Plumbers at $85 a man hour.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years we have worked with all kinds of customers. Millionaires and those who needed 3rd party assistance to help out financially just to get the "neccesities" we are so fond of here in America.
I have customers who became my friends. Customers that make me question why i even do this. Nothing is better than the appreciation you get from someone who in their eyes, you pulled off some kind of miracle and got their home back to their functioning normal( or better ).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently relocated our main office to a new building. So refreshing to be able to come in every morning and stretch my arms and begin to set up my day or continue where i left off the night before. This new move really gave us the breathing and operational room we so desperately needed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheap work is not necessarily quaility, and quality work is not necessarily cheap. Granted there is a market for both...Pick yours.
